Wish I could give zero stars. Iâve received stale bagels and donuts, wrong orders, a Boston crème that somebody forgot to stuff⌠but today was the worst. I ordered a sandwhich and a dozen donuts. The guy in the drive thru asked me to repeat myself, I slowed, spoke a little louder and repeated. He got an attitude and yelled â whatâ again. I repeated louder. I could hear some talking in the background so I felt awkward yelling but figured his background noise was too much. He yelled âon what?!â Again. âEnglish muffin!â I repeated, he had a pretty good attitude at this time and asked if that was it. I asked if I could pick the donuts and it must have thrown him over the edge. He said yes and I started to say the donuts. I had only said 2 when he yelled he couldnât hear me. I said â should I come inside?!âMyself rather irritated at this time with his attitude and rudeness. He said â no just pull around( I figured that might be easier too) then he finished with â because you ainât getting servedâ. I figured thereâs no way I heard that right. I pulled around and the 4 people standing there ignored me. I said â hello!â And he finally walked over, opened the window and said â I already told you you arenât getting served so move along!âand slammed the window in my face. I was dumbfounded and livid. I knocked on the window and he walked back over , opened the window and said âbitc$ , I told you we ainât serving you! Drive away!!â And again slammed the window. I opened the window and demanded his name. Another worker walked over and locked the window. No, after that point I was nowhere near calm or polite. A girl came and opened the window and said it would be dealt with and I thought she was apologizing but then said that I escalated it! Iâve only ever stopped at this location so I didnât have to go so far out of my way to hit another one. Will NEVER make that mistake again. What the heck is wrong...

I recently had a disappointing experience at this Tim Hortons. itâs my 2nd time here and after my first visit, i didnât want to come back. after the 2nd visit it only got worse. first time here, the guy was being really harsh when i was talking to him at the drive thru speaker, he had no manners or a positive attitude towards a customer. he also yelled out in a rude tone saying âcan u speak up we canât hear youâ he couldâve said it nicer and with less of an attitude. i understand working in fast food isnât pleasant but itâs not hard to keep a positive attitude, to not ruins someoneâs day. i came back a second time to dine in and i ordered something, and when i got it, i didnât like the food, nor did it look like what i ordered, so i asked for a refund and they refused. the staff didnât care about my complaint and didn't offer anything else or even apologize.    Read moreVery Rude! It was 6 minutes after 5.. I went through the drive thru.. the lady was very rude to me while I was trying to get my coffee very down. Very mean over the speaker ..As she said just so you know..We now close at 5pm. And its 6 minutes after five THAT IS WHAT SHE SAID!! I wasn't aware they closed at five o'clock.If this is even true yes. I have drove by after work. And i've seen cars going through the drive through after five o'clock.. as I went to the window, the kid was screaming in the background, swearing and telling somebody to get off the counter and quit jumping up and down.. sounds like a circus to me. I thought the place was being robbed. He screamed so loud.It scared me and triggered a lot of anxiety.. as I have that. I never complain or put reviews about any place. But this place is beyond out of control.And I will never go back there again! Very unprofessional and it makes me wonder as to why people like us can't get good jobs out there .. But yet...
