Open a new account with them. Must have accidentally opened 2 accounts, one under my personal email and the other my work email. Finally placed an order for a pallet and paid for it. Then they abruptly shut my account down. Can't log in or track the order, can't upload tax paperwork for tax exempt status. I would recommend going to be stock or another liquidation type company. Perhaps they feel they can do what they want since their contracted by the government? Seems legit.

Had to email another team and wait 24 hours for them to reply all while I have business paperwork to upload to them, but I am unable to do so. When I got an email from the verifications team they simply said I needed to delete one of the accounts. They did not tell me how nor did they solve my problem. So why waste time and company resources if you're not going to solve the customer's issue?

I wasn't going to bring them in millions of dollars but a customer should not be treated this way. I hope they're working for free because the business is not getting their moneys worth from...

Just spent 250.00 on a few pallets just got done going threw all the stuff total msrp prolly 1800.00 . 99% OF IT IS SMASHED, BROKEN, DAMAGED, UNSELLABLE , Literally was like they took their trash and filled up some boxes. Not a single item is able to be sold i literally have a small uhaul full or garbage they should just thrown away. Pallets like this should be sold as salvage pallets every single thing was damaged beyond repair or boxes were just empty with trash.I was lied to ripped off and will make sure noone i know uses this location ! The manager at this location is the worst ever. I have been to all Liquidation warehouses including the one in Canada and not to mention I have been a customer for over 8 years now. Manager lied and told me cleaning fee cost $500 then I over heard him telling someone it only cost $200. He then said nothing has to be left on the lot but gave another customer a break to come back another day for the rest of his pallet which isn’t fair. Everyone has to be treated equally.
