This review is prompted by the response I got from a compaint I had on my last order. I have been using this product for years and they have a great selection and taste.

My wife loves the Sea Salt Carmel Squares, so I ordered 15 Bags of them. They arrived and she was out back and got to the front of the house and brought the box in about 15 minutes later, I came home about half hour later opened the box to try one and it was totally melted and reformed (it was not sticky or wet) It seemed like it was melted before it was shipped. I opened another bag and the same thing. I emailed the company and see attached picture for their response. They said it was my fault and if I order in the summer it at my own risk. Wait it is the middle of September and it was 66 Degrees outside in northern Ohio and it is shipping from Michigain. So we will find another sugar free candy maker who cares about their customers. This is an online-only business. They should not have a business profile. I live locally to their headquarters. I have tried stopping by in person more than once. No one will answer the door.

One time my son and I tried visiting during regular business hours. We went to the front door and saw a person on the phone in the office window right next to the front door. The lady on the phone saw us, got up from her desk, and hid in another room until we left.

Additionally, I tried calling multiple times, but I never got ahold of anyone. The 888 number leads to a black hole of open air.

Lastly, I have reached out to them by means of their own contact form on their website....nothing. Please consider permanently removing this profile.

Dad here - this place is just the candy factory, and they do not have a retail store on site, you can buy the candy directly from their website and if you want, you can pick it up at the factory and avoid any shipping charges. So far my kids have really enjoyed everything...
