Their CSA is amazing, but ask yourself if you're ready. We started a CSA because I'd always been interested in investing in local farming, and I'm not sure I was ready the first year for how much food we got. Since then though, I have adjusted my grocery days to align with the CSA so I can experiment with the recipes that they send out along with the food, while balancing our family's needs with what we get. It's an investment of time into learning how to jar, store, pickle, and pesto so that a food share does not become food waste. If you are a little family who is not ready for a beautiful bevy of foods (some you may have never heard of or cooked with before), get ready to share, store, or to choose to buy what you need from the farmstand directly.
