The Coach for the toddlers is GREAT. Andrea is very talented and friendly, and great at her job. She’s personable with each kid -memorizing their names, personality, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I can’t brag on her enough. She knows when to help and when a kid needs to grow their confidence (so she allows them to figure it out). And she always makes the classes a positive learning experience. The owner Kevin is friendly as well. He taught one of the classes and he was great with the toddlers. He jumped right in and was even doing the stretches with the kids. The management and receptionist on the other hand needs some work. I’m sure it’s my job factoring into my opinion but it’s just bad business, and not how a business should be ran. Communication gets lost, if you call they never answer and never call you back. It took 8 months to get my daughter into classes. The receptionist just wouldn’t answer or call me back. She’s also quite rude and snippy with parents. Working at a place for children, you’d think to be nicer and more professional. Anytime she snaps at my husband or I we give it back, then she just gets so upset. She just wants everyone to take it and put up with how she treats them.
