BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Plainfield

I have gone here multiple times and most interactions are terrible! The customer service is awkward and uncomfortable, there is no sense of social skills from the employees and they constantly try to upsell upgrades or modifications to my order. One of the employees was struggling to understand a basic coldbrew and bagel I requested. They take way too long to prepare anything. I understand this is the food industry, but it is frustrating when you're the only one in the drive-thru not asking for much. Throughout the years, the prices have gone up and it is not even worth it. I used to love going to Biggby when Alisa worked there, the environment was friendly and efficient, unfortunately, the new management is insulting and a downgrade. We stopped in to see our favorite barrister, Danielle, but sadly she wasn't in when we stopped by. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and did a great job making our coffee order. I got a mocha sweet cold foam brew, my husband got a hot teddy bear latte. They were made perfectly and we liked it very much.

This location is on the corner of State Road 40 and Moon Road, not far from the main Plainfield Police Department office. The CVS is located across the street.

In town visiting family and made a quick trip to get coffee. And what a nice surprise to step into this store. The girls were so nice and still festive from Christmas. They took our order and we were in and out in a few minutes. We tried the bagels sandwiches, a blueberry muffin, an order of donuts and the waffle sandwich! 3 iced coffees, hot tea, hot cocoa, and a frozen drink.
