I have not actually purchased anything from here in about a year maybe longer. I can say that they had decent products before when I use to bid on pallets.

I would purchase Amazon returns and shelf pulls. I had a ton of really nice brand new clothing items from here. Most were off brand name athletic team clothing. But several had higher end items that paid for the entire skid.

The wait times were unbearable then as well, even with the "strict" appointment times. The refund policy on missing items was calculated based on the per item cost breakdown. So if a 400 dollar item was missing you might get 12 dollars back. I did have a few pallets that were missing the highest priced item (and main reason I bid on a pallet) I also had pallets with extra items, nice items, that weren't on the manifest.

The MSRP is usually higher than what it actually is, you just have to do a little browsing online to see what you are really getting price wise. The packaging was always very nice and neat within all of the boxes and pallet itself. I could never get the boxes organized as nicely they had them. 😀

As far as the Amazon returns I felt like their was a lot of quality return items. Alot of nice items, gently used, working, and even lots of new items. There was actually minimal salvage items or items that were clearly destroyed beyond the point of any repairs. Don't get me wrong I would come across items that were just destroyed and and would go straight to the trash. It did seem like they were inflating the overall MSRP on pallets with items like "Assorted Bed and Bath" with a 30.00 MSRP listed several times.

The shelf pulls were really nice. They are all new items still sealed in the original packaging and/or plastic with tags. The clothing was always packaging and folded very neatly. At one point I had like 4 boxes of Ugly Christmas sweaters that sold like crazy on eBay. I had several nice shelf pulls of electronics as well. All in all I enjoyed purchasing pallets from the location in Plainfield.

Pretty much the only two things that drove me away from anymore purchases was the prices and no longer being able to find shelf pulls. I remember being able to find decent pallets and being the only bidder or getting them for just over 100 to 150. Now I see the bidding price on some of the pallets and they just seem outrageous. I have seen some bids that are almost as high as the MSRP, and that's their advertised MSRP. I don't ever see shelf pulls from the Plainfield location either. I wish they still sourced shelf pulls and the prices weren't so high.

It did seem like they kept getting more and more customers everytime I would go there but some of the prices on the pallets have just gone too high for me. I still check in every now and then to see the prices and check for shelf pulls. For now I have not seen anything that interests me but all in all I had a pretty good...

Nearly every time we place an order and have to schedule a pickup through their online pickup site, we wait and wait for them to bring our order out in the parking lot at the Plainfield location. This has gone on for years. I don't understand why we have to choose a pickup time when they never bring the orders out at that time. We have been waiting in their lot for 45 minutes today (and continuing). We've waited anywhere from 30 mins to over 2 hours every time we come. This order was won, paid for, and scheduled over 2 weeks ago. I only recommend if you have a lot of time to spend waiting for them to bring your items out. Plan for at least 2 hours of load time, just in case. We're not sure about the All Surplus pickups at this location, this is for the pallets. The staff are friendly when you do see them, we will...

Customer service is awful. They used to be a good business and they are terrible now. 5 years ago , best company ever. Now they need to shut down . They charge fees whenever they feel like it and cancel your auctions. They lie about calling you to schedule. Terrible customer service. I’ve paid for so many auctions and they cancel because they cannot schedule them timely and then blame it on the customer. Very disappointed in a company I’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars with. Disgusting customer service . Would not ever buy...
