This place came recommended from fellow collectible car friends. While my initial meeting was fine, once I got turned over to a new sales person I found the lack of communication very frustrating. We only discussed my vehicle when I called after 3 months of hearing nothing.

After 8 months, and a 30% price drop, I gave up, and decided to get my car back. This was when it got even more frustrating, because it took two attempts of getting a ride 1-hour round trip to get my vehicle, because nobody returned my voicemails and they ended up being closed at 3:30 on a weekday.

When I finally was able to pick my car up to drive it home, the tires were all visibly low (which they did air up after I asked them to), and only after I left did I discover that the hood release (which worked fine before, despite a broken release handle) no longer stayed closed, so I had to find twine to tie it closed to get home safely. Even more, they had completely misplaced my original 18-year-old dealership window sticker- an irreplaceable item. They asked if I could “just reprint it.” I had to hound them to keep looking for this valuable historic paper, and eventually the 4th person did find an entire missing folder with all my original receipts and...

I had been looking for a Mustang and went down a rabbit hole and somehow came across GR Auto Gallery. I could not believe the price of the 1986 Ford Mustang GT I was looking at and sat and stared at the screen. I finally called and asked if it was true. Jack, was super helpful and these were his words "it's a whole lot of car for not a lot of money". He then asked if me if I wanted him to drive the car and video it and send to me so I could get a feel for it. Immediately I knew I wanted the car! So I said let's do it. He let me know about transport, and he put together a package at a price we agreed upon. Jennifer sent me all the documents electronically, filled them out, and I wired the payment. The team there was amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and aimed to please. The inventory they have is also amazing and I'm definitely going to purchase another Mustang, or Cutlass. 1967 Thunderbird Review We thank Jack Smalley, our salesperson, for his professionalism and personal courtesy extended to me and my wife. Reaching out as we traveled from our state to yours showing concern was going over and above our expectations. Our purchase or a 1967 Thunderbird was a surprise retirement gift for my wife. The car was the exact model of my wife’s very first car she drove in high school. Jack helped make it happen for us through negotiations with the seller on our behalf.
