Rehbein Ford, Inc. — Local services in Plains

My parents were longtime customers of this dealership. My mom had her Ford Expedition there for a month just recently and not only did they give her the run around but they never did find the problem with her car. Customer Service is definitely not their expertise.

4/24 UPDATE My mom was just able to successfully get her car fixed at another mechanic nearby. Turns out the root cause was the power drivetrain module. Any reputable Ford mechanic should have been able to identify this repair.

The new mechanic didn’t have to “throw parts at it and hope for the best” they actually “went above and beyond” to fix the issue. Best part of all the price wasn’t unreasonable. Now she has a car that runs that she can trade in on a new vehicle.

Too bad Rehbein Ford didn’t have the professionalism and expertise to take good care of this...

I bought a used car from these guys about 4 years ago, and the process couldn't have been easier. Wade was very friendly and helpful, and not at all pushy. When I asked to take the car for a test drive he handed me the keys and told me he'd get the paperwork and carfax ready, and he'd see me in an hour. I noticed a couple of very minor things wrong with the car and they fixed them while I was finishing up the paperwork.

Wade followed up a month later to ask how I was doing with the car and make sure I was happy with it. I would recommend these guys to anyone. It's worth the drive out to Plains to not have to deal with local Missoula dealers. I paid less than half of what Lithia of Missoula was asking for a similar car with more miles and...

Good customer service, the absolute worst quality work I have ever seen performed. Had my 2017 f250 in for multiple repairs. One being turn signals lights on mirrors. Found broke plastic clips hanging from mirror, mirror wasn’t snapped together right, power mirror didn’t work after, flood light fell out on way home, back up camera needed a new wiring harness. Wasn’t routed factory way. Instead was left free hanging. After they replaced AC compressor I found broke grill, none of the under hood cowl clips were put back in. Found a socket under the hood. The list goes on. Horrible work. They plan on taking it back in to get fixed so will make an updated review after. Sounds like they are embarrassed of it and are going to make it right....
