She had been the most helpful and has answered every question I’ve had in full detail, whether it is how to work the equipment or any of the products I have had questions on. She is very knowledgeable about how things run at Hot Worx. Becky always lets me know about any new promotions or if any videos are updating and who the new coach of my favorite workouts will be!
