They were amazing! I went to another jeweler originally (right across the street) for a chain and nameplate for my daughter and when I went to pick up I was so disappointed in the name plate they gave me. It was super thin and already looked slightly bent. I asked the girls working there about it and why it was so thin and they said that’s the only size it comes in. I paid a lot and don’t mind paying for what I want but was left so unhappy. I decided I would never be back. Then in went to Your Family Jeweler a couple days later to see what could be done. They were amazing and ordered me the same exact one but it was so much thicker. I was told that you can choose the thickness you’d like while the other place told me that’s all I could get. I was more than happy to pay for what I wanted and they were so nice and gave me a good deal. I was able to pay with Apple Pay and it was so convenient and they were so quick. This is my new jewelry spot and I am telling everyone how AMAZING they were. Beautiful nameplate and the jewelry there is...
Read moreI can't say enough wonderful things about Your Family Jeweler. I came in heartbroken, having been told by others that a pair of cherished earrings—gifted to me by my mom over 25 years ago—couldn’t be repaired. These earrings hold so much sentimental value, and the thought of losing them forever had me in tears.
From the moment I walked in, Braxton was incredibly warm and compassionate. He saw how upset I was and gently reassured me that there was still hope. He mentioned their laser repair method and was confident they could help—and they absolutely did!
The craftsmanship and care they put into the repair are nothing short of amazing. The earrings look perfect again, and I couldn’t be happier. I’m beyond grateful for their skill, kindness, and dedication. I will absolutely continue to support and recommend Your Family Jeweler to anyone looking for excellent service and true heart...
Read moreI took my necklace in for a clasp repair. One side was worn and broken. I was priced $28 to fix and that it would take a couple days, this was on a Friday. I finally got a call a week later that my necklace was ready for pick up. My husband picked it up and when I looked at it, the other connection ring was almost worn/broken. Why did the jeweler not see that? I live in Wesley Chapel so it is not close to take it back. My husband took it to a place here in town and that jeweler seen right away that the other connection ring was almost broken and that the other half of the clasp was worn out also. This local jeweler priced me to fix both items that this jeweler didn't for only $18 and I will have it back in just two days. This is not good practice...
