Roger was my saving grace. I’m a female who knows NOTHING about cars. I first went to auto zone and the dude told me I had a connection issue with my headlights. I doubted what he was saying because he didn’t make any sense. I came here to the O’Reilly store on Westport. It was 10 minutes till closing time, I told Roger I was struggling with my headlights and he immediately came out to my car and took a look for me. He even stayed 10 minutes after closing to install them for me. He was so knowledgeable and informative on what each headlights brightness was and the price range for each. He installed the lights super quick, didn’t complain a single time and had a smile on his face the whole time. 5 star customer service is rare these days but Roger’s positive attitude and knowledge will single handedly keep me coming back to this store in particular. Staff is completely inexperienced. Ordered me the wrong part three times in a row. Had to waste my entire day walking back and forth between them and Brakeway because ordering a rotor that fits my car is too hard apparently. Thanks O'Reilly you completely wasted my day by turning an hour long brake job into a 6 hour ordeal. I will 100% without a shadow of a doubt never do business with these actual fools again.

I had to visit this location 3 times within 24 hours and each time the staff was more than helpful. The last time, the general manager Randy(I think that was his name) literally saved the day for me. I went to the AutoZone down the street first looking for a specific wire and both the manager and employee just pointed me to section without even assisting me. Went on to O’Reily’s and the staff went above and beyond. Not only are they super helpful but also very knowledgeable.
