CVS — Local services in Plattsburg

It's always something with this location. This time my doctors office sent in scripts around 11 am on Monday. I showed up around 3 pm on Tuesday and they hadn't even started the scripts. Told me to come back in ten minutes and I came back 15 minutes later and have been sitting at the window now for almost 30 minutes and they are just acting like I don't even exist. The woman at the window said the pharmacists was just double checking but how long does that take? They dropped the ball, again. After a long wait at the window, finally the condescending woman comes and tells me, with the biggest smile on her face, that they don't even have one medicine on hand and would have to order it and "possibly could be on the truck tomorow" and that the other medication I need they only have 2/3rds of the medication. The more frustrated my face became the more joy she was getting from the whole situation. I was beyond frustrated so I pulled away from the window before I became disrespectful. They could have told me when I arrived that the medications weren't available. They could have ordered the medications when the scripts were called in. Instead they wasted all my time and had ol girl at the window getting a real...

It's a small town pharmacy with a big name. Used to be a red Cross pharmacy which to me was much better than this new system. Most of the people are the same people that worked before change of ownership. After working out the kinks of the new system seems to be running smoothly as a pharmacy. And the wait times is much better than the city. That's why I chose...

Terrible customer service rude hateful doesn't want to work with anyone... Arrive 15 minutes before lunch to get meds explain I don't have gas to get back and nope can't work with me! As I'm awaiting...
