This was the worst experience for my daughter who is getting married late September 2025. The lady that helped with the bridesmaids dresses was attentive and dedicated to helping find what we were looking for. When the bridesmaids tried to order their dresses the OWNER said the dresses were out of stock and would not be coming back. (No one told us this prior to ordering) One bridesmaid paid for her dress. When asked for a refund due to the other dresses being out of stock. The bride and that bridesmaid were told NO. The bridesmaid stated she had to pay the owner through cash app which belongs to the owner’s daughter. THIS WAS UNPROFESSIONAL and DISTASTEFUL!!!! To the owner…..I pray YOU reap a harvest of what you have sown into my daughter for her wedding (chaos, anxiety, depression, uncertainty, and unrest) touch not my anointed…I pray that God gives you double of the SAME trouble YOU gave my daughter! Read moreI visited the Birmingham location with expectation of the consultants to make me feel like it’s my show and to put me in something I would cry and jump for joy in. The lady I met with seemed unprepared and uninterested in even trying to service me. She didn’t help make me feel anything in any of the dresses I tried on. The guy did give effort to help me find something that made me feel special but from the moment we walked in it was off. The vibe was not there and it seemed as if we interrupted something. I visited the Montgomery location about a year ago and even thought we were unscheduled the owner made it feel like a real experience with just myself and sister present. Read moreBoth my sister and I have been trying to contact the shop owner for several days now regarding the $225 deposit refund on my niece's prom dress (which the store still has possession of) with no answer, return call or ability to leave a voicemail.
As we all know, school's are closed & school functions are cancelled, however, the 1st (and only) time was sister was able to speak to her about this, the shop owner stated "if I give you a refund I have to give it to everyone."
Why wouldn't she if none of the girls can go to prom??
It's bad enough they can't attend prom but now she's stealing money from the parents. This is utterly ridiculous!! She should be ashamed of herself & held accountable.
