Went to the South Jordan fair this weekend, and got there at 10:45pm, looked on facebook and they said they were open until midnight, i asked the lady at the ticket stand and she gave me a rude remark, but not an answer, I chose the option of 20 ticket which was 20 dollars, the lady told me there would be a 3 dollar credit card fee, which was fine, thats not a problem, totally understandable, as soon as we left the ticket stand the rides were shut off and everything closed at 11. Not getting to use any tickets, if she would have told me, i wouldnt have bought the tickets. The next morning i saw that my card was charged 35 dollars for tickets, so i tried to get ahold of Pam in charge and the other lady that answered the phone was extremely rude to me, kept cutting me off and saying she couldnt help me when i wasnt even asking her for help. So yes most staff are ignorant jerks but I will tell you this that the Hispanic gentleman who gladly helped me and was very very nice friendly had no problem Talking and answering any and every question I had so just so every one knows what they will. Took her on a few small rides then got in line for the tiny little train. Then the employee left for fifteen minutes while we all stood there waiting with 0 communication. He finally came back and then refused to let my daughter on the ride. I went to complain to the manager who I think is named Pam and she was rude from the moment I walked up. Then I tried calling the office and was met with horrible customer service once again. The lady on the phone told me I should just go to Lagoon.
