Very nice owner, answered immediately when I called, said we could drop off anytime the next day, we did, and then got back to us quickly about our tv. He is waiting on the part to fix it and then it can return home. Asked us if we had another tv when we dropped it off, we bought another the day our tv blew up, but I think he was offering us a loaner. Amazing. When we arrived IN THE PARKING LOT he came out and unloaded and carried our tv into his shop. My husband could’ve done it but if I had been there alone.. this means everything (super awkward 55” tv.) Our tv had been on a wall mount and we lost the stand, he said no problem he had one around. We brought the remote and power cord and he said no need to leave them he had both. Most people would forget these things, my husband remembers everything. We are so thankful for this tv repair shop. We would not have been able to fix our tv ourselves. Excellent service. Stopped by on a Saturday and tried to see if he could fix my tv but was unable as it was incorrectly made from the manufacture so the owner had a brand new in box tv exactly the same brand and same size and bought that one. I needed a single stand and not the double feet stand that the new one had. The owner gave me and put together a universal stand and even had to change some things with the stand to make it work and he was excellent. He did everything right then while I was there and I walked away with a brand new tv. He even gave me a discount. I would not go anywhere else except Golden Mile TV in the future. Sadly Don was not able to fix my tv. But the man is an all star. In this day and age when things are hard to afford the fact that he still repairs old tvs is amazing. I would definitely go back to him if another problem with one of my tvs happens again. 5...
