📍Located @ Horror Hall in West Nanticoke PA. Open Friday/Saturday 6-11pm and Sunday 6-10pm. Every weekend until the first Sunday in November! . These groups are either the best or worst people. AND PLEASE , for safety reasons, walk-through haunted houses normally. They are typically very dark, and they set up specifically for a reason. actors are commonly volunteers as well. Who just genuinely enjoy doing what they do so when you play along, it makes it a lot better for the actors and the people going through and the rest of the people in your group. Easily the most fun people have going through is when they get scared as a group and they enjoy what they’re doing and who they’re with. It’s really fun to see groups get scared together for them to experience that adrenaline. . . . For liability reasons: By entering, they are consenting to being recorded. Nobody was hurt, stepped on, ECT… the kid did not lose his phone in my room. And my opinions/this video is my own and not affilated with the company i volunteer at. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . #ho#horrorhallo#horrorc#scareactora#falla#hauntedhouse

Replying to @lucifer . 📍Located @ Horror Hall in West Nanticoke PA. Open Friday/Saturday 6-11pm and Sunday 6-10pm. Every weekend until the first Sunday in November! . I know it seems like I’m being dramatic, but this was literally the best decision I ever made, and my life would not be on the track. It is today because of the people that I met in the experiences that I’ve had at that place. when you’re acting with these people every weekend for months and you spend all this time bonding your friendships really grow and it’s something that I can never take for granted. . . . I would also like to state just for some formality. I am not speaking for the place that I work for this is just my personal experience/opinion. . . . . . . . . . . . . ##horrorhall##HauntActor##ScareActor##Halloween##Fall

Yesterday was our last time going to Horror Hall. Who wants to deal with miserable employees when you're going out to have a fun evening? Not us. I went onto their Facebook page and saw they had advertised something called 'Get My Perks' - a site that you can go to and purchase a BOGO general admission ticket with the option of adding an additional $10 per person Fast Pass when you get to the location. This is ALL on Horror Hall's Facebook page and still shows on the Get My Perks site. I also still have it saved in my email. Ok, so I make the purchase, print out the ticket even though it says you don't have to (just to be safe). We get there. I give the woman all the way to the right our print out. She scans it and gives us two GA tickets. I say we would like to upgrade and add the Fast Pass. She tells us we just need to go over to another line to do that and acted like it was no problem at all. We go to another line where an old lady and a bald guy are sitting. We ask for the add on. The guy extremely rudely tells us, no, we can't do that (like I just made it up lol). I said well.. it says it on your FB and on the paper I just gave the other woman. I can go over and get the paper for you. He immediately gets up, and quickly walks out to the hallway and goes past the restrooms without saying where he's going. He's gone for a few minutes. While we're waiting a young girl comes out and asks the old lady if she can leave to use the rest room. The old lady sighs, puts her hands in the air like she's so annoyed and says 'I guess'. Wait.. seriously?! The people here are the worst. My boyfriend and I just looked at each other in disbelief. So anyway, this deal has been going on for some time now because according to the Get My Perks site there have been 918 and sold so far. So we can't be the only two people who have asked to do the upgrade and wanted to give this place $20 more. It was honestly ridiculous. So the guy comes back and acts like this is the biggest inconvenience of his life and tells the old lady just to do it (to give us the two fast passes). So I pay the additional $20 and before we leave the area I tell the guy he really doesn't need to treat people do rudely. I'm glad we did the BOGO because this place a sad excuse for a haunted house and not even worth $25. It's not even scary. How do the employees not have a clue about what the place that is opened only on weekends is offering customers when almost 1,000 have been sold?! Like seriously?! Lol. The scariest part is this entire place are those two people selling the tickets. As a paying customer I won't allow an employee at a haunted house to treat us the way he did. For somewhere local - Gravestone Manor is so well done and the employees...

I've been contemplating whether or not if I should reach out regarding my experience and it has been weighing on me so heavy that something just needs to be done. I went here about a week in a half ago with my daughter, nephew, and 3 adults we went in with our BOGO tickets had no problems waited in the waiting room for a bit before going through the haunted house everything was great we were having a great experience until we made it to the fortune room. My 12 year old said to me under her breath "oh boy are things gonna start flying around" and before i can answer the woman acting as the fortune teller screamed at my child to "shut her mouth" and "you're ruining it for everyone you disrespectful inconsiderate person" and my daughter said I didn't do anything and the woman screamed for her to "shut up" again. At this point I'm livid and 10 seconds from coming out of character. The woman than began her "act" and asked for a volunteer my daughter raised her hand and the woman said "anyone except for you, you're disrespectful and don't deserve to be involved" and proceeded to choose another adult from our group. I am very displeased with our experience. This is not how you should treat people ESPECIALLY A 12 YEAR OLD CHILD !!!! I will never try to bring my child here again and quite frankly this woman shouldn't ever have the opportunity to work somewhere that she'll be interacting with children in the future. I should've brought my business elsewhere. If anyone is disrespectful it's this woman and she should be grateful that myself and my daughters aunts didn't...

This was my first year ever going to Horror Hall. I can't say I was delightfully impressed, but I can't say it was at least worth the time and money to check it out once. They had some neat setups and some fun animatronics. One of my favorite things is the spin tunnel that you go through. It's funny how your brain tells you that you are incredibly disoriented and causes you to second-guess to your next step. But as long as you just consciously walk straight you will be fine, but it is always fun to see somebody else struggle, at least for my Twisted mind anyhow LOL.

One thing I would like to see different is the very first place you enter is a big waiting hall for you register and and your tickets in, well they should have some entertainment there just something to stay focused and not just waiting in line to enter the next part which is where you sit and watch whatever film they have until your group is ready to go to the main event. And also for that film room, being that you're only going to be in there like 10 or 20 minutes or so, I believe they should have different videos that are aimed towards freaky things but are also clips that you can watch quickly and are interesting or scary or freaky and not a movie where you're just walking into and watching the middle of it for 10 minutes, that is boring....
