I want to take this opportunity to compliment Iris who is a Pharmacist at this location. I was having a difficult time getting one of my PX correct. My doctor's office had called in an incorrect PX for lancets. I had picked up the PX and opened the box before I realized they were not the right ones. When I called back the Pharmacy and explained what happened, I was told that I could not return them since I opened them. Needless to say, I was upset; so they put me on with the Pharmacist who was on duty that night. He repeated to me that it was their policy and there was nothing he could do for me; but if I wanted to call the Pharmacy manager (Christine) she would be in the next day and she would be the only one that could possible help me. Again he repeated that he didn't think she would take them back either because that was their policy and that I should probably just throw them out!!! I am a manager for a very large retailer and we have a motto of " JUST SAY YES!!" and I have been using this CVS for years, so I was not pleased at all with what I was hearing. I almost didn't call back and just figured I would take my business somewhere else, but I was determined so; I called back the next day to speak to the Pharmacy manager only to find out that she was not scheduled, but on vacation. Now I was really frustrated. I was asked if I wanted to speak to the pharmacist on duty, Iris. I almost declined to speak to her, but I was determined to get the issue resolved. I am SO HAPPY that I spoke to her. She immediately told me that she would take care of the issue and make sure I received the correct lancets. She told me to just bring the incorrect ones back in for a credit and she would contact my doctor's office to make sure they got the correct PX, but in the meantime she would get me the lancets I needed since it was a Sat. and the Dr's office was closed. THAT IS WHAT I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Thank you Iris for just saying yes and making it happen for the customer. They are very fortunate to have you in that store and you are an asset to the company. Because of you, I will continue to shop at that location. I can not tell you how much I appreciate what you did. When no one else seemed to care, you did and I thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. You are the best. Thank you...
Read moreI typically am not one to leave reviews but I am astonished by what occurred today. Around 5:50pm, I checked my 3 items out at self checkout- in a rush not noticing the sign that said we do not accept cash, card only. I pressed the assistance needed button and waited. The cashier (Blonde older lady) peered her head around from the register counter and asked me and the other lady at self checkout how everything was going, i mentioned that I accidentally checked out my items at the wrong self checkout and would need my items deleted. She said rudely “okay well you’re gonna have to wait”. I’m completely fine with waiting, there were a few people in line and she was the only staff there. I can be understand being frustrated and tired- nonetheless unnecessary. THEN, she comes to help me once she’s done with the line. She says “you would think that you would read the sign in front of you”. Totally uncalled for. I reminded her people make mistakes and I totally missed the sign. Again, she makes another ignorant comment about reading the sign. I mentioned to her that I was on shift currently and I was a big scatter brain, reminded her again that people make mistakes. I believe she made another comment but can’t remember exactly what she said as at this point, she had me shaking with anger. I had NEVER in my life had someone be that rude to me, and make me feel so stupid for something as simple as going to the wrong self checkout. She then starts taking people at her register. I was next in line and she said “I can take you here” and I mentioned that I was all set and would be using the other self checkout. Another lady walked toward the line and saw me waiting, asked if I was all set and walked up to register. The worker then says “They’d rather use a robot then go to me” to me and another lady that also chose not to go to her register because of her attitude, and kept making comments. Her behavior was unacceptable. There was also a woman in line who mentioned she’s like that all the time?? I can have some sympathy for someone who is overworked/ short staffed and she’s a bit older but this is unlike anything i’ve ever...

They will mess up your prescriptions, their bots don’t work and send out prescription ready texts when their not ready, i’ve asked a million times for my auto refill to be off and it’s always on until I got pissed one day and called. THEY WILL LOOSE YOUR MEDICATIONS AND SOMETIMES SEND YOU TO ANOTHER PHARMACY AFTER THE APP SAID 8 PILGRIM HILL ROAD WAS IN STOCK!!!
Karen is exceptionally awful at her job and at customer service. I’ve doubt with her quite a few times. But my last visit was the last straw. Telling me to wait a minute while she showed her coworker something on her phone and greeting me at the window with an attitude after I pressed the Drive through button for the second time as she continued to blab on like i was inconveniencing her by interrupting her chit chat. I waited 10 mins just to deal with her AGAIN. The person in front of me got so mad they took off.
Honestly over incompetence and inconsiderate employees is why I will never go back here. Plus everything is so expensive there! Literally a $5 difference in Q Tips co pared to walmart and Stop and Shop!
If you guys want someone to blame for your lack of customers and good reviews blame your selfs and bad employees. Karen needs to spoken to about her lack of customer service! And maybe learn...
