Meeting John was more than a pleasure. John takes an interest not only in the service you may request him to perform, but in you as a person. From the moment that we sat down in his office we began to have a very nice discussion about our businesses, the neighborhood, and life in general. I really felt the "WOW Factor" that this was a professional who viewed not only his jobs as important, but the people he was serving as having inherent value. Nothing was rushed or hurried, and every questioned received a thoughtful answer or explanation. It is almost an aside to report that the quality of the work was 5 stars, absolutely fantastic, and that what I received at the end was above and beyond what I expected. I had hired John to refurbish and appraise a diamond engagement ring. He got the job done in about 24 hours and the price was unbeatable. John cares and he more than knows what he's doing. I brought him a beautiful old watch that had many small diamonds set around the outer edge and had belonged to my mother. We wanted to have the diamonds reset into a wedding band for my daughter but didn't want to destroy a potentially valuable watch. John gave us a free appraisal and we decided to have him do the work. The results were simply wonderful. And with a few diamonds left over, we asked John to add them to my wife's ring. She was simply amazed! Our future son-in-law got his wedding band from John as well.

John works out of his house and his prices are very reasonable. He doesn't have the overhead that comes with a brick-n-mortar store.

I first found John on here (Google Reviews) when I was looking for someone to appraise my engagement ring, I saw all the positive reviews and thought, with all the good reviews why not. I was so surprised, he has been even better than I expected. He reminds me when I should clean my rings and I even went to him to make two custom wedding bands to fit my halo style engagement ring. He is charging me almost half what Authors quoted me. It was important to me that they matched my engagement ring as close as possible, John understands that and has been so helpful in creating my dream wedding bands!
