Unfortunately there is no option to give lower than 1 star. Extremely disappointed with the customer service that this company provides. Highly unprofessional and have no clue on how deal with the customers. Ordered a product (Sari) back in September 22. There was no update from the company for over 4 weeks and kept showing 'order processed' all this time on the order status. I called the phone number provided on the website on Oct 21st to check on the order status and the individual answering the phone took 10 seconds to understand that some a customer is calling on the company phone number. There was no greeting and no appreciation on the call received. Very unprofessional way to answer a call from a customer. After I made the call, I was told that the product is being packaged and will be shipped in couple days. The wrong product was delivered on last week of Oct. It was altogether a different color that was originally ordered and also the packaging has the product totally squished/compressed inside a small package. (10" X3" X 3" box). Its on me to not approach the company right away about the wrong product but I did reach out after a few days later to inform that the wrong product has been delivered but I was given a 'Plain no" by this company and told that nothing can be done as I informed them outside of 24 hours return policy window. I requested multiple times that I am not looking for refund but if I can be delivered a correct product but they keep saying nothing can be done and even questioned my credibility as a customer. I spent $304 for this product and as a customer, I expected to at least receive the correct product after multiple requests. I felt humiliated with the responses as if I am trying to scam. Unfortunately, I am not able to recommend this platform to customers to waste their time and spend money on products. One of the worst customer services...
