The Remembrance Centre — Local services in Plymouth

They have a nice selection of headstones, but could use more. They have a small store with some beautiful items, but are very expensive. I felt like my opinion wasn't taken seriously enough and it felt rushed. Death and grieving is a process and no one should ever feel like their choices are compromised due to taking advantage of the heartbroken family. I understand this is a very delicate business, but not really listening to the grieving family, whether it be 1 or 4 that is having the hardest time with it should be dealt with accordingly, and not made to feel like they're the odd person out bc of their feelings.
