Family Fun Zone — Local services in Pocahontas

Not real impressed. Had just started a game with 2 kids and 2 adults on a lane. I chose not to bowl due to a bad shoulder, but ordered drinks for adults. Also ordered several snack foods. While on frame 3 of first game a lady came up and said we needed to hurry up because they have league, keep in mind hadnt even got our food or drinks yet. Got that stuff around frame 5 however she was over several more times before we were even done with one game, so basically forced us out. Then to top off we didnt get a ticket to pay for stuff just was told at register what cost was, used card and they charged a fee to use card. There was no disclosure of this before hand. If that wasnt enough the guy who was a t register even asked if I was going to add a tip. For what no drink refills and were kicked out before we were even done, try explaining to 2 kids that you have to leave. Very disappointed in a place that...

We took the whole family! 2 young kids and a newborn. Talk about great customer service and a well tuned atmosphere that is lacking in sooooo many places. Great time! Bowling some arcade games and....A BAR! Food was amazing, we really enjoyed the great portions and very well cooked food. Great place to bring the family. Several bowling lanes, and video games for the kids. Great meals at good prices. The staff is very friendly and the owners even more so. Has a full bar with a variety of draws on tap. Should definitely check it out...
