Maverik — Local services in Pocatello

Maverik Adventure’s First Stop in Pocatello, ID was a solid pit stop for us! ⛽️ We pulled in around noon for a quick gas refill, and thankfully it wasn’t too packed—got in and out with no issues.

The restrooms here were clean (always a win!), which is one of the main reasons we look for Maverik locations whenever we’re in Utah or nearby. They’re not quite on Buc-ee’s level—but let’s be honest, what is? 😄 Still, Mavericks consistently hold their own, and this one was no exception.

What stood out just as much as the clean facilities was the great service. The staff here were welcoming and helpful—something we’ve come to expect from Maverik, and they delivered.

If you’re in the Pocatello area and need a clean, quick, and friendly stop, this Maverik is a great choice. Highly recommend it! 👍👍

Thank you to the two cashiers who worked on Thursday 8-28. I had purchased 4 Powerball tickets and thought they were all on one ticket. When I got home I checked checked it and saw only 1 line. Went back to the maverick and I told the cashier I need to speak with the other lady I had purchased and she knew exactly what had happened. I wasn’t given all my slips. They put them aside in the back room hoping I’d return. She instantly went and got them for me. They could have easily kept them instead they were very honest and apologetic. Thank you ladies !! Terrible food and service! This fast food restaurant inside the gas station was absolutely awful. The tacos were dry and tasteless, and the quesadillas were greasy and cold. I had to wait over 30 minutes for my food, even though there were only a few customers. The employees didn’t care at all — no smile, no effort, nothing. The place was dirty, and there was a terrible smell coming from the kitchen. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Don’t waste your time, money, or...
