Incorporating small reps and exaggerated feels into your golf practice can significantly enhance your swing mechanics and overall performance. Here’s how these techniques contribute to improvement: 1. Muscle Memory Development: Small, repetitive swings help reinforce muscle memory. By focusing on specific movements without the full swing, you can better engrain the desired mechanics into your body. 2. Simplifying the Swing: Practicing with half swings or without the ball allows you to break down the swing into manageable parts. This simplification helps identify and correct flaws without the complexity of a full swing. 3. Focus on Form and Feel: Exaggerated feels encourage you to concentrate on the proper positions and movements. This heightened awareness helps you understand how different adjustments can affect the swing path and impact. 4. Reduced Pressure: Without the ball, there’s less pressure to perform perfectly, allowing you to experiment with different techniques and find what works best for you. This can lead to breakthroughs in your swing that may not occur under typical practice conditions. 5. Enhanced Timing and Rhythm: Small reps can help you develop better timing and rhythm in your swing. By focusing on the mechanics at a slower pace, you can ensure that your body moves in sync, leading to a more fluid and powerful swing. 6. Increased Confidence: Mastering the small reps can build confidence in your swing. As you see improvement in your mechanics, you’re more likely to trust your swing during actual play. Integrating these methods into your practice routine can accelerate your progress and help you reach that next level in your golf game. #golftips #golfing #golfbetter

Here’s 3 reasons! 1) Mental Clarity and Focus: Engaging in swing thoughts and fixes on the range allows you to clarify your mental approach to the game. By identifying specific thoughts or adjustments, you create a focused mindset that can help reduce anxiety during play, allowing for a more relaxed and confident performance on the course. 2. Muscle Memory Development: Practicing swing thoughts and fixes at the range reinforces the physical actions required for your swing. This repetition builds muscle memory, enabling you to execute your swing more instinctively during a round. When your body knows what to do without overthinking, you can focus more on strategy and enjoyment. 3. Problem-Solving and Adaptability: Working through potential issues on the range prepares you for similar situations on the course. By understanding how to address specific swing flaws or challenges, you develop a toolkit for problem-solving in real-time. This adaptability allows you to play more freely, as you trust your ability to handle unexpected situations without becoming overly focused on technical fixes mid-round. #GolfTips #swingbetter #golflife #golfcommonsense

Alignment on the golf course can be tricky with uneven terrain and distractions. A solid pre-shot routine helps you visualize your target, check your stance, and stay focused. Nail your aim and elevate your game! ⛳️🏌️‍♂️ #GolfTips #PreShotRoutine #golfbetter

If I could give them zero stars I would.

According to their stated hours, they open at sunrise. I arrived at 7:30AM this morning to golf the Par 3 course [which doesn’t require or accept tee times] to find a locked and dark clubhouse. No problem, I figured someone must be running late to work and that I would go play my nine holes and pay once done when the clubhouse was staffed.

So I walked over to the first hole and teed off. As I put my club back in my bag to start walking down to the green, the course loudspeaker turns on to announce that the Par 3 course is currently closed. At this point I’m a little irritated, but it is what it is I guess.

So I walk out to retrieve my ball to leave and as I’m picking it up the loudspeaker turns back on. This time, to inform me again that the Par 3 course is closed and that I should have checked into the clubhouse [which is empty and dark?].

Overall very disappointing experience. Possibly for the best though, as I had to walk through a poorly maintained soupy marsh to get to the first green to retrieve...

The only thing preventing me from giving jester a 5 star review is the management. The course is in BEAUTIFUL condition. Props to the greens crew.

The last two times I have golfed jester my tee time has been delayed. The first time by 1.5 hours due to a frost delay... Which happens and I get that, but there was no text/email/phone call to inform golfers. So approximately 2 hours worth of golfers were waiting at the clubhouse annoyed.

This time we had a 1 hour delay because management forgot to block tee times for a league that booked two months prior. Again no email/call/text to inform us. So tee times were double booked for an hour delay.

I really hope I can edit this review in the future and give them a 5 start review, but management needs to improve for...

Called Saturday evening to verify the par 3 was still walk in only. They confirmed. Asked about best times to show up to play the next day with my son. They were nice over the phone and talked about good times that should work.

Showed up next day only to be told they have an event. Would have been nice to know that they do take reservations, just not ours, and that they had an event on the books to save the trip.

Figured I would look at their ad board that we purchased ad space on before we left since I couldn't golf. It was off. Great to know that was a waste of ad money for my business as well....
