Dollar General — Local services in Pomona

The manager follows you around like you're a thief and requires the staff do it as well. All the cashier's complain about it and say it is because the manager is paranoid and always telling them the store has a high theft rate. Every time we have gone in there when the manager is there she has always been extremely rude on top of the following around.

You cannot treat your customers the way she does and expect them to respect you or your store. She discriminates based on appearance (I have actually tested this by dressing differently). Wastes all her time following me around because I'm in sweats with no bra on, meanwhile there's 12 other people in the store and I probably make more than all of them.

Want to fix the issues, get a manager who knows what she is doing. This is why your theft rate is so high and why you have such a high...

This is such a dirty store. I don't like to give such awful reviews, but there really isn't a positive thing to post about this store. Their bathrooms are never clean, and the toilet seat doesn't fit the toilet. They now only have the men's restroom available with stuff piled in front of the old women's restroom, which I guess they turned into an employees restroom. These pictures were from around 1pm today in a town with a population of 800 people. There is no way this bathroom got this dirty, and people went through 7 rolls of toilet paper. I understand sometimes things get missed especially being busy but this store is constantly like this...

I walked up the this store yesterday and the only employee working was sitting outside in a chair reading a book. Not a another sole in the store as I could tell. Good way to get robbed. Place is a utter disaster with items and goods strung all over the floor or stacked on top of other items. Freezers and coolers are almost never stocked and are disgusting. Most times custmors have to move unstocked items away from the item they are trying to get on the shelf. This place has always been great to have in a small town, but the lack of management and lazy employees will have this place robbed, destroyed, and out of business before...
