Sinderbloc Bar — Restaurant in Pomona

If it were not for the fellow who co- owns & co-runs this place.... I would rate 0 stars. I will say HE is very kind & welcoming, as is his daughter who at times bartends. However,sadly like most every place else, in Pomona- is cliquish. Newcomers/non-locals are nearly always made to feel unwelcome. I once brought a friend from KCK & his teenage daughter there. (She hoped to learn to play pool) & we went during the day. They were BOTH blatantly eyeballed! & (stage whisper style) openly gossiped about...so much so, i insisted we just leave mid-game. NOT COOL. You also can only order/drink soda, beer or wine coolers there .There's no dancefloor to speak of, and it's rare to see anyone dance there. FRCO as a whole, has VERY FEW entertainment options. Outsider's are often made to feel unwelcome in Pomona. I witnessed/experienced it firsthand sadly,...
