I have been planing on building a home theater for many years. This year I finally have the opportunity. After tons of research I decided on a very nice projector to purchase. After waiting months for the price to drop, I finally found a link on Projector Central which had a link to Projector Screens who was offering (at that time) the lowest price for unopened version of the projector. I decided to send a quick email asking if the projector was still available and if they could ship it to me in an unusual way. Honestly, I didn't expect to receive an answer back, but I was pleasantly surprised when David wrote back requesting a phone conversation to discuss options.

Upon calling, I was again very skeptical, given my unique circumstances, about the prospects of being able to get a deal finished. Again I was pleasantly surprised how patient the team was with me. They were constantly thinking about ways to work with my circumstances, even when it would have probably been much easier just to wait a few weeks and sell the projector to someone else. Not only was the team extremely flexible both in thought and action, they were also very accommodating with all of my various questions. I am not exactly a A/V expert by any stretch, just a person with a lifelong dream of having an elite home cinema setup, and the team at Projector screen could have easily led me astray or suggested that I purchase unnecessary extras, but they didn't.

This could have easily been the end of my review and it would have presented the fine people at Projector screen in a positive light, but I want to complete this just to provide anyone who may have trouble trusting online retailers ect.... Based on my circumstances, I requested a quality control check on the projector to ensure it was working before shipment. Not only was it checked, I received an email with pictures just for good measure!! I also requested that the Q/C team put a sticker on the box showing that it was checked and when I opened it the sticker was present.

Again, I could end the review right there but I want to highlight one last aspect of my experience, and in my opinion it is the most important. During the shipping process there were some unforeseen problems with the logistics and the team at Projector screen acted swiftly to rectify the situation. Why do I consider this the most important part of my entire experience? Well, because it is very easy to perform daily tasks under perfect circumstances, but how a team performs when things are not going as planned truly shows their quality. The team at Projector screens acted nimbly to address my shipping problems and I am happy to announce, thanks to their hard work and patience, my dream home cinema projector is sitting in my home and fully functioning. I am also very happy that I decided to purchase the extended warranty because I have the peace of mind to know that in the rare event that my projector breaks or malfunctions, that I have a trustworthy hard working team at Projector screen to assist me.

I can confidently say that my experience with these guys was nothing short of perfect! I bought a fixed Elite screen with the help the good people at Projector Screen Co. With so many choices and sizes available, i was overwhelmed. I also hadn't purchased a projector for my home theatre yet because I felt bogged down with options. Brian not only set me up with a ridiculously awesome 96" screen that fits perfectly on my wall but also helped me get to the right projector (an Optoma) to compliment the screen. He patiently walked me through the process of finding the right screen for my room. I had a better understanding of what materials and specs i wanted for both the screen & projector. I purchased my screen and then my projector and was anxious to get my gear before Superbowl Sunday.

After it arrived without any hiccups, was easy to set up & install, I'm still completely happy. I can honestly say that the first words out when people walk through the door and see my 96" projector screen on my 98" wall are "What the. %&@#!". I can't imagine having anything smaller or less awesome. Its hard to go anywhere to watch tv. Other TVs will look tiny. Its my best purchase in the last 2 years.

Watching the walking dead on Sunday nights is so epic. Watching the Giants lose... again... on the big screen makes the loss that much more bearable. We stream photos to the AppleTV with it. Play Uncharted and Halo on it. Have Superbowl parties. I will literally watch anything on my projector screen. Even the cooking network.
