Dollar General — Local services in Ponca City

Stopped in at 2:30 pm today to do a quick stop for some items we needed because it would be more convenient. What was thought to be a 5 minute stop took 15 minutes. One checker, long line and then the checker failed to get all our purchases together and several items were left at the store. Tried to call, but no one answers their phone. It is now more inconvenient to drive clear across town to see if we can get our items than it would be to go get the items left behind at a now closer store. The lady working in there which I believe was the manager this evening was absolutely the kindness and most helpful person I've ever been in a dollar store and asked questions and she was more than happy to help and figure things out The store is very very put together well it looks like people had kind of came in and ransacked what she was trying to fix which is sad but she was trying to put it back together and there is lots of really good quality things that I've never seen in a dollar...

So you have a limit of 3 packs of toilet paper according to the lady i just talked to. But someone at this store just let a man buy 20 packs, 2 shopping carts full of toilet paper!!! Thats why people dont have what they need to get by because your employees are disregarding your new policy that would help others get some toilet paper too!!
