We had an absolutely amazing trip to Caja de Muertos with Captain Alejandro and Pedro as our guides. We booked the 1/2 day private snorkeling and beach tour for our family of 4.

Captain Alejandro's knowledge of the island ensured we had a great time snorkeling over the corals and were able to get to Pelican Beach in time to enjoy the pristine waters and explore the island. Pedro ensured our trip was a top tier experience and we were 100% comfortable the entire time.

When we arrived at the snorkeling section, Pedro joined us and searched around to recommend places to see fish and coral species. Then when we arrived at Pelican Beach, Pedro set up an umbrella, beach chairs, snacks, and drinks for us.

We also received a huge lunch from Viktor Pollo to fuel us for the back half of our adventure as part of the package.

This trip was an absolute 10/10 and we cannot wait to come back and do this again. Our kids called this a highlight of our entire time in...

I did a snorkel trip with Waterland Adventure in early December. As another reviewer said, it was a bit difficult to find the meeting point but the dispatcher was able to stay on the phone and help me. The crew arrived with gear for us, snacks and drinks. The crew was friendly and knowledgeable. The snorkel gear was pretty average and did the job. The boat held two employees and six of us guests and the ride took about 30 minutes. The island is BEAUTIFUL! I was surprised to find there were little white butterflies all over the beach! It is very rocky so water shoes are a good idea. The water visibility near the shore isn't very good but it was better near the pier and that's where we found all the fish. I would definitely recommend this company. Make sure to go on the early tour because we had the place to ourselves for the first couple of hours... then about 6 boats showed up and we lost...
