Peak Living — Local services in Pontotoc

I bought a couch from weekends only that was peak living branded. Both of the arms are falling off and have been that way the entire time I have owned it. Their parts department doesn’t respond to emails, answer phone calls, return voicemails or even return hand written messages from the customer service department. I bought a brown leather recliner made by peakfurniture and it is total garbage! Every time I pulled the lever to recline,, the chair started getting a lean to the left. This got worse and worse as I tried to relax in my "comfortable " chair. I actually have health issues now after using my chair for just over 1 and a half years! My lower back,kidneys,and believes this,gastrointestinal problems. This item is headed to the trash for sure! What a waste of $500+....

Extremely rude checking in to pick a load up. Crazy how these companies keep those kind of people hired on,especially having to deal with drivers. No sense in being rude to the drivers. Will not come back here! Hope the higher ups in the company look into...
