I would have rated this place zero or negative if such option is available. My family went to Kingsbury Ochard to buy white laday this weekend, we were badly insulted by the white old female cashier in red shirt. We were about to buy a box of white lady peach, I checked the peaches beneth the top layer and found several peaches are rotten, thus I told my husband not to buy that box of peach. All of sudden an old white female cashier in read shirt yielled at me, "Don't touch the peach, get out of here !". I explained to her that we were going to buy the peach but noticed rotten peaches beneth the top layer. She refused to listen to my explaination and kept shouting:"Get out of my peroperty, or I'll call police". I told her I won't leave becase I'll wait for her to call the police and I will coorperrate with police . The rude lay then became rudder, shouted :"This is my peroperty, I 'm not going to call police , get out of herer, get out of...
Read moreIf I can, I would give this place a negative 5. What a bad experience last Saturday that we had at this place. We asked the gray hair lady about one kind of apples our friend got from this place, and she pretended not able to understand us. We picked one box of Asian pears not from the very front (the second row) and want to check it out. The old lady came out confronting us and asked us to rearrange other box to replace the place. I just commented that I thought their custom services person can do it and this is not a big deal (I guess she was mad that I didn't take the box of fruit from the front row) and she told us to get out!!!! I will never come back to this place. I just want to tell every one who doesn't speak English as their mother language not going to this place as this lady (I was told that she is the owner) has a fundamental but maybe unspeakable hatred and abhorrence toward immigrants. So why we should be patrons of...

The latest incident: they have a sign near the bushels of corn that says "don't peel the corn". I noticed that sign, so I was selectively searching for ears based on their size and firmness. I picked up one of the ears that looked good, but the tip felt a bit soft, so I pulled aside some of the silk to make sure their was no maize weevil damage. This elderly woman rushed over to me and very rudely said, "What does that sign say?!" Taken back, I responded by saying that I was buying her corn and wanted to make sure they were OK. Her retort was, "Read the sign!"
Had my wife not already paid for the produce, I would have dumped the corn on the floor and left. I...
