I went yesterday to this store and received horrible customer service from two ladies. Michelle and Latoya were dismissive towards my daughter and I. First, my daughter and I went into the baby chicks cage which is misleading because there is no sign or no locks indicating that you can't enter to look at the baby chicks. I suggested to them that they should put a sign that indicates "no entering" for customers. I will say that they do have a sign that indicates "no touching" which I respected and understood. But the lady Michelle rudely told us we weren't allowed and we had to get out. Which I understood and we kindly stepped out. We resumed to look at the chicks from outside the cage while both ladies stared at us rudely. When another customer came to stand right next to us, Michelle kindly assisted the other customer and asked him if he needed help and even started giving him suggestions and completely ignoring us after the altercation. Clearly they weren't trying to assist me so I went to get the other things I needed. I was checking out with Halle the cashier and she kindly helped me and assisted me with any questions I had and redirected me to Latoya for a receipt history that I needed. I went to who Latoya was also dismissive towards me and was not trying to help me at all with retrieving my receipt that I needed. She stated "There's nothing else I can do" after she tried only two times to look up my receipt in the system from a previous purchase. I was able to find the receipt myself but it was upsetting how both Michelle and Latoya were clearly not trying to help me and we're being dismissive and rude towards me. I also want to state that the store was not busy at all and both ladies were mostly just standing at the customer service desk. They need further training on how to politely assist customers and overall just better...
Read moreConsistently have issues with pick up and delivery. I've gone in for pick up and almost every time, I either stand in line or wait by the pick up cabinets even though it's supposed to be brought out. I've stopped waiting for curbside because I was tired of waiting 20 plus minutes. Yes, I'm an idiot that waits because I figure they may be busy. The last time I tried to wait outside through the app and no one came out, I went in, got my order and told them that I had been waiting out there for about 20 minutes. The associate then told me that the system stopped notifying them when someone's outside.
I was supposed to have a same-day delivery today and supposedly, several Roadie drivers throughout the day came in and the store couldn't locate my order. After the 3rd or 4th time of giving the same name and not having anything, you'd think someone would be like, "Hey, this is weird, let me see what's going on." Or you'd think, they'd ask for an order number to look up, or the phone number. Or you could just match the items on the order and call the customer. I've worked enough retail to be patient and understanding, but I've had enough issues with the products from Tractor Supply being damaged or subpar, the customer service inside, and the deliveries either never showing up or being delivered late that I decided to cancel the order today and I'll just find it elsewhere...
Read moreNobody honors their signage anymore. They've got a sign bigger than Dallas stating 20% off Wrangler long sleeves outside and at the clothes rack when I asked about it when it did not automatically pop up with the discount at the cash register I was told that that had expired. I shared with a cashier that there was a time when stores advertised something even if it had expired they honored their pricing. The guy was disinterested in that and did not know to automatically bag the shirt I probably sound like a Karen, and that's not my intent. My intent is to broadcast customer service is...
