Union Barbershop — Local services in Port Neches

This is my first time at Union Barbershop and the first time meeting Collin. The TL;DR is I think he deserves at least a 6 out of 5 stars.

I've been looking for a good barber after mine closed shop/passed away during the pandemic and gave Collin a try on a lark today. I merely showed him how I cut my hair and he did it with such precision and professionalism, my wife says I need to keep going here because this is exactly how she wants it on me.

I asked for a full straight razor shave and he obliged, spending well over the time that any other barber would have being cautious, precise, and mindful of every step. He spent 45 minutes past his closing time since I came in at the end of the day and never once made mention. As a matter of fact the reverse, he thanked me for coming in instead.

This is hands down my new barber shop and Collin being who I'm seeing. I would recommend him to anyone...

Stoney and all the Barbers are extremely talented, personable and experienced- they are the kindest, too- always making you feel welcomed and appreciated! There is no doubt you will get the very best service, whether it’s a classic haircut and shave, unique fade or flattop special, they can do it all. Great location, easy in and out and convenient scheduling. Every local occasion they give back to the community and I’m equally impressed knowing they will be around for a long time sharing their advanced skills as local Barbers. The entire staff is amazing and so patient. My 2yr old was a little nervous during his first haircut with Collin but after Collin showed him that the clippers weren’t scary by “trimming” my sons stuffed animal, Hannah offering him a sucker and Stoney showing him a silly clown nose (it was a team effort haha), my little guy was much more comfortable. Collin was able to work through all the movements of a busy toddler and still make my son’s hair look perfect! We have now been going to Collin for over a year and my son gets so excited to have his haircut. My husband even uses Collin as his barber but the staff doesn’t have to do a song and dance for him, although I’m sure they would if I needed...
