I recently moved to a new neighborhood, and let me tell you, it is absolutely amazing! From the moment I stepped foot in this vibrant community, I knew I had found my perfect new home. The neighborhood is filled with beautiful sceneries, and friendly neighbors who have made me feel welcome from day one.

One of the biggest reasons why I love my new neighborhood is the incredible property manager, Jackie. She goes above and beyond to ensure that every resident has a positive and enjoyable living experience. Whether it's addressing maintenance requests promptly or organizing community events, Jackie's dedication and attention to detail are truly commendable.

Not only does Jackie take care of the day-to-day operations of the property, but she also takes the time to get to know each resident personally. She is always ready to lend a helping hand, provide useful information about the neighborhood, and make sure that everyone feels like they are part of a tight-knit community.

Living in a neighborhood with such an exceptional property manager like Jackie has made my transition into a new home seamless and stress-free. I feel grateful to have someone like her who genuinely cares about the well-being and happiness of the residents.

if i could leave 0 stars i would. my girlfriend is in the market for a new home , and what we experienced without even looking at a home was completely disappointing.

she had an online appointment set for 2pm, and as we walked in, the lovely darker skinned gal with a tattoo on her right hand couldn’t even make out a word to say to us let alone a greeting. the eye roll couldn’t be more obvious as it seemed she was getting ready to go on break.

so right off rip both my girlfriend & i were completely uncomfortable as it felt like we were a massive inconvenience. if you’re gonna charge people $2000 a month to lease an apartment, could you at least have someone at the front desk that’s friendly & acts like they’re actually interested in us being there?

as we were about to leave after the most awkward touring of an apartment complex ever, we couldn’t even walk out of the door before the young lady had her purse right back in her hand ready to leave us as if she had zero interest helping us out. didn’t take any of our information, didn’t ask for our names, nothing.

We moved into The Havens a little over a month ago, and the experience has been nothing short of amazing. On our first visit, we toured a staged model, and when we returned a few days later to view an empty unit, we had the pleasure of meeting James. From that moment on, James went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and supported throughout the entire process.
