I came to this location for lunch because they have a ramen bar and also an area upstairs to enjoy your meal. The ramen bar is located where the sushi/poke bowls are. Make sure to grab the small clipboard on the counter to write down and place your order. The order took about 10 minutes, not too long considering it was during lunch hour on a weekday. The broth comes separately from the bowl which means the noodles stay firm until you combine the broth into the ramen bowl.
