Kroger — Local services in Portage Township

I bought 4 bottles of almond milk and just after I got home, I found out they were sweetened. Immediately took it back. Same lady who bagged them was at customer desk too. I told her it was like 2 min when I bought them and I just need to replace them with unsweetened ones. I just went home and came back She looked at my receipt and told me it has been longer than 2 min and told me she can not take it back.

First of all, if you are worried about Covid-19 why would you touch my groceries. How do I know you are not sick?

Secondly, literally I took it to home and came back didn't even took it 3 of them out of bag. How can they get infected ? Also people are just touching everything.

Finally, I will never shop there again. They lost a customer and my family business just over...

Terrible service! Came to purchase a sandwich 20 minutes prior to the Deli closing. The workers were not happy to help and made me feel like a major burden to them. The female manager with darker hair also seemed not interested in hearing about the situation. I WAS VERY DISAPPOINTED IN KROGERS..I ORDERED 150 PIECES OF CHICKEN FOR MY WEDDING A MONTH AHEAD.. 2 WEEKS BEFOR THE WEDDING I CALLED TO COMFIRMED MY ORDER THEY LOST IT SO I HAD TO REPLACE THE ORDER..CHICKEN WAS TO BE READY BY 3PM WEDDING WAS AT 5PM..MY HUSBAND WENT AT 4:30PM TO PICK IT UP AND THE CHICKEN WASN'T READY WAS TOLD 30-45 MORE MINS..SO AFTER THE WEDDING MY HUSBAND HAD TO GO GET THE CHICKEN..IT WAS...
