Courtney's Family Cuts — Local services in Portage

I went for a consultation. She assured me, she could provide the color, highlight services I was requesting. She provided a nightmare. Orange hair, roots were not totally covered. I requested, all over color, brown, with high level highlights. Foils were provided, compliments of, great value heavy duty aluminum foil. Not folded, or wrapped professionally. Just slapped in between. They were falling out when I'd move. The all over color turned orange. The high lights had no uniform at all. Just patches of orange blonde. All coloring, toner.. Etc.. From, Sally's. In fact... Had a person run to, Sally's in bowling green, to purchase toner. I am certain, the peroxide used for bleaching process had an old shelf life. Took six hours to sit through this nightmare. Charged 110.00 for a disaster, that I have to pay a " professional" to fix! Requested a partial refund, and was told, "if I show up at her salon, to show her the orange, non uniform highlights(orange lights).... Wood county sheriff's department would be there to meet me. I did not threaten, or any unkind nature of the sort. I was requesting a partial refund, no more. I can provide text messages to verify what I'm saying. I've never left a bad review in my life. Ever. I should have also thanked her, for it taking six hours, which with a professional takes about three.. For a job that I could have done better at home! I absolutely, do not recommend, Courtney to provide a professional service, for coloring of any kind! If you are looking for any kind of color treatment, please seek a professional.
