I have been a customer of this station for years. Since it was Basile's long ago. Never had an issue at all. Till last Friday. I stop and get gas on my way to work in Duncansville 3 to 4 times a week. Gas is more expensive but I feel like I'm supporting a local business. I figured out that I spend on average $240 dollars a month there, approximately $3000 a year. I pulled up to the pump and paid for my gas. As I got out of my car to use the restroom, the owner came around from the back of my car and jumped in my face claiming "I left the water running in the rest room the last time I used it!" I said "Me? No way!" He got belligerent and confrontational with me! I have never left the water running in the restroom! That was the last penny I will ever spend there! I had 2 bad dangerous experiences with this shop. First my van tire in the front blew on a highway, because the tire lug nuts where loose. Secondly, my car tires lug nuts were loose again after being there 2 days prior when they installed my tires, it was making weird and noises, I was wondering if my tire touching my strut spring, low and behold the 3 lug nuts in the driver side front tires were loose that I able to unscrew using the socket with my hand the same with other tires. For the sake of my safety I will.never go back to that shop ever again. I highly recommend their service....They are such a helpful & kind group of people!! They are amazing. I always get my gas there.
