QUALITY is not top priority with this place. If the product hits the floor it should be thrown away, at this warehouse it will be placed on a pallet and sent to repack as long as its not damaged. PERSONNEL TREATMENT is poor. Turn around rate is about 3 to 5 employees a WEEK. Expectations are unrealistic, especially after working 14+ hours. Supervisor "D" could care less about employees and is more about quotas. My fiance got his heel ran over by another employees pallet jack. Got injured and had to go home early. 2 weeks later he recieved a demerit against him for leaving early, even after that other employee tested positive on his drug testing (my fiance didn't). There is also a lot of favoritism. Certain people will recieve better picks, therefore, increasing their numbers. Definitely not a place I would recommend. LOTS OF MEN walking off the job. USC was the 1st warehouse order selection job I've ever had. It's Kool there just loved how organized they are as a former worker. Still selecting took alot from what I was taught and use it in my new field.

Would I go back NO, just to much drama. It's nice to chat or mess around but that's on break. I was there to get paid to work and once work is done go home.

Just sequence your ties either it be a 5,7,8,9,10, or 12 patterns. There the only job I loved cuz they are organized, the pick sheet is easy to read and the items are in correct slots so no have to look everywhere to find an item.

I arrived at this location at 7:00 AM for my appointment, even half an hour early, with only 6 skids to unload. They assigned me a dock at 10:00 AM and told me to keep my trailer doors closed until they called me. The call came at 2:00 PM, and after opening the doors, I waited another two hours before the dock light finally turned green around 4:00 PM.

Even then, I had to wait for the paperwork, which I only received at 8:00 PM, despite asking twice. This delay made me late for my next pickup and wasted my entire day.

It felt like the staff had no sense of urgency or consideration for a driver’s time. Overall, a very disappointing and...
