Buyer beware. I bought riding boots at this store recently. While trying them on I told the sales clerk they were too tight on my ankles. She assured me they’d be fine and encouraged me to get them. I tried wearing them inside for days and they hurt so bad I couldn’t stand it. When I tried to return them I was told they don’t take returns at all. They gave me store credit and a bit of attitude. I felt frustrated since I had told them I wasn’t sure the boots would work before buying them. That would have been the perfect time to mention they had a no returns policy.
