I've had multiple items from this store from lawnmowers to air conditioners to furniture. They have ALWAYS been great. Sometimes (because of the way I'm paid) my payment is a little late but they have never given me any hassle about it so long as I call and tell them when I'll have it. They have always been great about answering the phone (which is rare for my area) and have always been more than happy to fix things if they break. We had a dishwater we bought a few years back and within the first couple months it started leaking really bad and wouldn't run. Turned out that the tub had retained water and then froze breaking the tub on it. It took a week or two and some back and forth with the warehouse and corporate (the store manager went to bat for me on it) but they replaced it and everything was fine. Same with an air conditioner, window unit, we got two of and for some reason one just wouldn't work very well. They switched it out while they fixed the other one and it was great. Tried getting a home computer from these people and got the computer with no cords on Dec23/24,2019 no cords and with the understanding that it was$5! special for the first month and I called and said my husband wanted it returned he didn't think we could afford it til I went back to work. well talked to the woman not 10mins ago and she's trying to say we owe 144 with late fees and until it's paid we will owe every two weeks whether it's picked up or not.And we ordered a desk which was never delivered and I tried telling her this buy she said it wouldn't make a difference in the payment but yet the woman who worked out order up said it will make our payment a little more.WHAT? I would NOT recommend this store to anybody! The girl who is in charge of my account, her name is Amy, has continued to automatically run payments out of my bank account even after I have set up times to call her and make payments when my husband gets paid! She has bounced my bank account and disregard anything I’ve said about my payments! She is also very belligerent and rude every time I talk to her!
