Finding Amelia Gray is quite possibly the best thing I’ve done for myself and my self-esteem. Not only are the services top-notch and providers professional and well-trained, but the staff and providers make you feel like family! (You know, a really good family, not the dysfunctional kind!) When it comes to beauty and body, I am not the “comfortable in my own skin” type, yet these wonderful women make me feel comfortable and cared for! While I rely heavily on the waxing services, I am beginning to enjoy some of the pampering services. Natalie is an angel and handles so much. The Back to Zen treatment was heavenly. Ashley helped me gain some make up techniques. I’ve had so many compliments on the make up she suggested as well as the techniques she taught me. (This old lady even got to thumbs up from a 17 year old in the know which is high praise indeed).

Sarah came out to get me a bit late bc her previous appt ran late. It would have been nice if the receptionist had mentioned that she was running late bc I thought I had been forgotten. Sarah was literally helping her prior customer so she couldn’t come tell me, so I don’t hold it against her. When she got me she apologized and was very nice, asked some questions in case I wanted to chat, but when I didn’t give any real response she was okay with the silence while I relaxed. I also felt like she really took her time with every step. She cut more off to give me more layers each time I asked and had a kind and polite attitude the entire time. Love the fresh cut, waiting until I wash it myself to see if it’s realistically going to look good lol. Photo is day after cut before...

Hannah cut 4 inches off when I didn’t ask for it nor did my reference photo have it so short. She did great on the bangs though…

She was very courteous and reassured me that it would LOOK like a lot was cut off but that’s only because i have a lot of hair … smh I went in to get layers and some weight off the ends of my hair so it didn’t look like such a blunt cut. I cut my hair myself and gave myself bangs but wanted it to be less blunt. I provided a reference photo of what my desired look was, the photo had the exact same hair length I already had. I assumed this would be an easy thing to accomplish…
