Castle Comics — Local services in Portsmouth

I went in out of curiosity. I pass by the shop every single day and never found the time to go in, but I am very glad I did. Inside, you will find cards. LOTS of cards, namely Pokemon and Yugioh. Racks of them, so if that is your thing, this is the place to be. They also have Funko Pop figures and a few old Gameboy games, which was neat. The only thing I was disappointed about was their lack of Magic: The Gathering cards. They only had one deck pack and a couple boosters in stock, which seemed strange given how close it is to Shawnee State University. It seems like a missed opportunity and I would be more than willing to support a local game store that carried them. I purchased the pre-built deck which was in typical store-quality near mint condition. Been to this area before but never noticed this shop. Daughter is into animé and we decided to stop in when we noticed it. She loved it. However, they were cash only no cards.
