Midtown Toll Tunnel — Local services in Portsmouth

I was driving my truck the other day with the tailgate down, as I had seen on mythbusters that this will give me more downforce. I also have my front license plate in the windshield of the truck as mounting it on the front bumper is not at this time possible. After hitting some potholes before the tunnel, my plate bounced off its perch above the steering wheel and onto the seat where it sat until I was able to park on the other side of the tunnel and place it back in its correct and legal position above the steering wheel.

Because of these situations I was not properly charged tolls for going through the tunnel. In fact, I was not charged at all. This offends me as I absolutely want to do the right thing and give my personal money to an out of state corporation in order to go to work and make my own money.
