I believe in constructive criticism, without being rude. As a die hard BBQ fan I've found many good hole in the wall BBQ joints. This isn't one of them. Food wasn't seasoned at all, meat wasn't cooked to the proper temperature for fat rendering(i.e. pulled pork sandwich had to be chopped because fat wasnt properly rendered, and definitely was not cooked fresh (was warmed up left overs) unless some major changes are made soon, I would recommend skipping on this one if you enjoy quality BBQ The homemade desserts (Italian creme cake) was delicious though. Such a good spot nearest to the lake too! And open SUNDAYS! We got a large spread of delicious food here, from breakfast to lunch. I can say the taste and quality of the meats and sauces were amazing, the friendly service from phone to pickup was amazing as well. I believe this business to be veteran owned as well correct me if I’m wrong. Just ate here with a bunch of my friends, and we ordered lots of food, and they were able to have our food out very fast. Turkey leg falls right off the bone and really is good, ribs were great, chopped beef was excellent, beans were good and the spoon bread was some of the best we’ve had. The staff were very friendly and helped recommend us their great food. They showed us their shotgun shells and game day balls and we’re glad they did.
