I’m am currently working with “Cef”who is in the process of evaluating my boat for any damage that may have occurred during the hard freeze at Highport last month. Although we are waiting for some parts to complete the evaluation “Cef” has been wonderful to work with. He will take the time to explain what he is doing during the process and absolutely won’t charge you for unnecessary work. He will give you options on the best way to tackle the job and won’t have you spend your money on unnecessary repairs. Cef has been great, I’ll write a final review once his evaluation and work is complete. So far I am extremely pleased. Cef received the parts he needed to complete the evaluation on my boat. He had to have the parts special made since Volvo does not carry them anymore. The price that Cef charged to have them made was totally reasonable and less than I thought they would be. After installation and running the engine everything ran at 100%, nothing else needed. Cef brought Sam, his apprentice, with him who was eager to learn and was also very professional. I try to support local businesses. But this place is never open when it is supposed to be. A little over priced which is fine with me, but when your door says you are supposed to be open and you are not, it is a huge inconvenience. 2 out of the last 3 times I have been here they are closed when the sign on the door says they are open. Last time I was there and they actually were open, they had to order a part. Promised me on a specific day and of course it did not come in. No phone call. Had to make 3 trips to get part because they can’t pick up the phone. Today, I showed up at 5:45. Sign on door says open til 6. The place was a ghost town. Never again. Don’t waste your time. Absolutely the best wax and detailing service for the money that you’ll find on Lake Texoma. Jec had the team come right to my Butterfly Cove boat house with everything necessary for the job.
