Starzer Meats LLC — Local services in Pound

Got a 1/2 pig this year and are a bit disappointed with what we got. We had marked our selections and apparently there wasn't enough meat to give us our options so they didn't give us any sausage, just did plain ground meat. I would have at least appreciated a phone call to ask what we wanted as I did not want plain ground meat, one of the main things I wanted was pork sausage. On top of that I wanted the lard and it wasn't given to us, I had to specifically ask them to go get it. There should have been better communication on their part to at least get us close to what we had ordered. Not happy with...

Best meat around without a doubt! I bring my venison here every year (if I get one lol) and have literally tried them all from Pelkins,Meatskis,Maplewoods,Seymours back in the day as along with Johnson’s,Gary’s and a few others I’d rather not name but Starzers easily has the best priced,friendliest,fastest and most importantly the quality and taste in their snack sticks are incredible along with summer sausage, brats,burger etc… Highly recommend the pepper jack sticks 👍🏼 Never change and never leave Starzers, keep up...

What a waste of money. The ham was disgusting. Under smoked. Over salted. And TOUGH. Pork chops were not even edible because they were so tough. The bacon looked fabulous in the package, but offered zero flavor. The steaks were not cut even which made them difficult to cook without over cooking the majority of the pieces of meat.

If we had only gotten sausage and hocks I guess we would have been OK. It was the only meat we were able to enjoy. Overall, waste of money and I will not be back, nor would I...
