The customer service here is great and each time I’ve come that hasn’t been a problem. What is a problem is their outrageous pricing. They charged me $150 to tailor my spouses pants (which he still couldn’t wear), charged $100 to make a new pair of pants for him (normally don’t pay more than $50 but was in bind and needed them), charged me $250 (+ additional for material) for my custom dress that ended up with an open slit in the front that showed all my business and I couldn’t wear as is. As a tailor, if there is not enough material as soon as you see the fabric they should have let me know ASAP so I could either get more material or change the style I wanted. Instead, I came in 2 weeks after drop off, thinking my dress would be done, instead it was held together by pins and that’s when I was told the material wasn’t enough. My slit wouldn’t close in the front and when I sat down I was completely exposed. I made a comment about how the sleeves weren’t puffy like the picture, and they said I had to go guy buy certain fabric and bring it back (I’ve never had to go get material and pay for it myself, normally that’s included and they go pick it up) especially since $250 is a lot for a simple dress. After returning to their place for 5-6 weekends in a row (thinking my dress or my husbands clothes would be done) for try-on’s, I paid $275 for a dress that I couldn’t wear AND when they said my husbands pants were ready they wanted us to come back the next day to pick them up, so she could “clean up” the inside of the pants. I guess hems and stuff. When we got them the next day, they looked the exact same and honestly the pants were not even close to looking like they were worth $100. These ladies are fabulous!!! I came in thinking I’d have to offer a kidney(haha) to make sure my maid of honor dress was ready in time for my sisters wedding (in 2 weeks) These ladies said, no problem- we can have it ready in one week! They did a fitting, and didn’t overcharge at time to pay, and were a total pleasure to be around in store!

Turn around to 4 days later- they call saying my dress is ready!! Went up there the next day and this dress fits like a glove!!! They gave me a little help in the areas I needed it, lol, and had me feeling like a million bucks while wearing that dress; in fact I told the lady my boyfriend would re-fall in love when he saw me in it! So helpful, so kind! Even my teenager was impressed with how nice they were!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This place is a total scam. They reel you in with their impeccable customer service but overcharge you in the end. I brought two short black dresses that needed to be himmed not even an inch. The owner tried to charge me 179 for both dresses. I didn’t even pay 179 for both dresses combined when I bought them. I then asked her what was her reasoning & she tells me that she has bills to pay. Not my problem ma’am. She then told me that I wasn’t leaving without them& threatened me. Mind you, these were my birthday dresses. I wasn’t leaving without them.I took my dresses, put $60 on the counter & left. Even that was a little too generous to give for an alteration.
