I want to start by saying I absolutely love Gio! She’s the BEST. Whoever the older white woman is that was working the desk today 8/18 is very condescending & rude. I brought my daughter in with me today as I have before & the woman was very rude about it. It felt like she was trying to make me feel bad about me bringing her. “We don’t have anybody to watch children. Now i won’t be able to leave the desk. Somebody might walk by & see her & want to take her.” Ma’am. There’s cameras in here. The windows are blocked by blinds & there’s a bell on the door when you open it. So sorry that I wasn’t aware that I couldn’t bring her. Like I said I’ve brought my daughter with me before & nobody ever said anything. They just sit her in front of the camera & continue on with my appointment. Had I known that it was against their policy I would’ve scheduled my appointment for later when my husband was home. The ladies who do the wax service are amazing. But the person who does the appointments it’s a mess and this is the second location she’s working at. Every single time I’ve called. Apparently there’s no availability for the day or they can get me in four hours later. Yet when I am with one of the ladies who waxes me they either say they are available to do a wax service or they do have different openings. I get that it’s always good to sound like you’re very busy but when the ladies who do the service are available and the one who booked the appointment says that they are completely busy or they don’t have any openings or that they can help you out three hours later it does not help. as a customer when I hear that information, I take my business elsewhere. Jenn did such an amazing job with my facial wax. She was so sweet to me. She educated me through the process and was very patient. My face looks so good, my eyebrows have never looked this good before. I am so impressed! This is the best facial wax I have ever received. The only reason why I don’t give 5 stars is because there was no one out front to greet me so I sat for 15 minutes before I saw anyone, but heard a lot of talking coming from the back.
