I was very disappointed with a decision made by an employee at PAPA JOHNS located at 5100 Dallas Hwy.
I arrived to pick up my pizza order and only one employee was visible in the store. He was on the phone with a long winded customer so I patiently waited since the employee could not serve 2 people at one time. SOUNDS POLITE RIGHT ???
My reward for being polite, A XXXXX male walked in and stood directly in the employee's face to be served.
Guess who the employee chose to serve FIRST when he got off the phone ?????
Need one more clue ???

I literally felt like I was slapped in the face. Guess what male got their Pizza and walked out before the other ???
CLUE: It was not the POLITE one š !!!

My hopes are that management will review the surveillance video and use the incident as a training tool to prevent further incidents.
Right is right, and one should be firm, fair and consistent with their business practices.
I hope that was not considered being fair.....and hope this was an isolated incident.
That employee clearly knew who was waiting patiently for him to finish the lengthy phone order. He should have acted accordingly.
Although I enjoy the Pizza, I will not further patronize this...

I called the store and spoke to a female manager whom apologized for the inconvenience and asked if she could credit my account and send another pizza out. I had to leave the house and could not wait for another pizza to deliver so she mentioned that she would credit the account for 2 XL pizzas of my choice just to call the store given that a credit would not show within my account. Fast forward, I tried to redeem 1 of my XL pizzas on 1/5/22 and when I called I sat on hold for 25 minutes while they tried to ālocateā this notation. Not once was I greeted, listened to background noise for 7 minutes prior to being being put on hold and kept repeatedly being placed on hold with no apology or even mention by the worker. When the girl got back on the phone again she said the āwoman managerā was not there and the āmale managerā working could not verify this request so he could not honor it. Not only was this the worst experience possible but they have officially lost a repeat customer. Listen to the reviews and order elsewhere. I hope this location closes because this is a terrible representation of the papa...

I am a single person who is just looking for a consistent price on a cheese pizza because I order about three times a week.They refused to help me. They have a bacon cheeseburger pizza right now on special, last week I called and ordered this pizza and asked them to just take the bacon off. No problem. Today I call and try to do the same thing and the store manager says that he will have to charge me two extra dollars to do a plain cheese pizza. The worst part is the store managers Joyous tone when he tells his customers that he cannot help them and let's another customer hang up without placing an order. The other Papa John's franchises do not operate this way. You can call them and say how much could you do a cheese pizza for I'll come and get it and I'll say well I could do it for seven dollars or eight dollars not so with this store. He really seems like he enjoys telling you that you're going to pay a minimum of $12 for a cheese pizza. The The dominoes that I go to has my name in the computer and every time I call and order it is the same price. It is not...
